Branch Service Officer – Retail Banking
Our clients are well established Banks in Hong Kong. They are now looking for high caliber professionals to join their Retail Banking Team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle general customer enquiries and explain company’s products & services
- Oversee daily operations in branch
- Provide quality services to customers and satisfy their changing financial needs
- Promote general banking products to customers
Requirement:
- Degree holder with HKSI and IIQE qualification
- Minimum 1 year experience in banking or financial industry
- Handle customer’s enquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Immediately available preferred
